Registered Nurse – Pre/Post-Operative & Clinical

About the Role
We are looking for a calm, confident RN to serve as the heart of our pre and post-operative care. You will own the patient experience on either side of the OR — preparing patients before surgery and guiding them through recovery after. You’ll work closely with Dr. Willis, our clinical coordinators, and a tight-knit, highly experienced surgical team.
Responsibilities
- Complete pre-op assessments, review medical histories, and prepare patients for surgery
- Answer patient questions and ensure they feel informed and at ease before their procedure
- Monitor patients through post-operative recovery, assess for complications, and manage pain
- Provide clear discharge instructions and serve as a consistent point of contact throughout the care journey
- Collaborate with Dr. Willis and the clinical team on daily surgical operations
- Occasionally support the OR team in a circulating capacity as needed
● Share in after-hours coverage of our patient communication app to support post-operative patients outside of office hours

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Missouri (or compact state eligible)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pre/post-operative nursing, surgical or ambulatory care, or cosmetic/medspa nursing
- Calm under pressure and steady in a fast-paced environment
- Warm, genuine communicator who can put nervous patients at ease
- Growth-minded and excited to expand your skillset
- Professional and polished, with the ability to represent a high-end cosmetic practice
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $30–35/hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:30am–4/5pm | Friday 8:30am–12/2pm
PTO: 2 weeks paid time off
Holidays: All observed holidays off
Weekends: None
