Desirable Qualifications
In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
- Extensive knowledge, experience, and skill in ESRI software including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, and related plugins, widgets, and apps in the ESRI suite of products
- Extensive knowledge, experience, and skill in developing and administering a GIS infrastructure and enterprise environment

Experience using modern ESRI tools such as ArcGIS Hubs and ArcGIS StoryMaps

Experience developing interactive maps including developing layers, metadata, geocoding data, and configuring controls
- Experience in developing standard operating procedures and other governance related documentation
- Experience in project management
- Experience with Esri integration with Microsoft SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power BI

Experience with task and process automation

Experience with Python scripting is a plus
