We offer the highest hourly rate in the region for licensed agents—$26/hour, paid weekly, with monthly commission bonuses based on your enrollment performance. And best of all? All calls are inbound — no cold calling, no outbound dialing, no transfers. You’ll speak with real prospects who are actively seeking health coverage. You will earn $21/hour during your first 6 Months tenure, then receive a $5 increase to your hourly pay.
Our new 17,000 Sqft Office in Tampa boasts a large, modern, open floor plan, with an employee lounge area, walking distance to multiple restaurants, and an exterior lounge area.
What You’ll Do
- Guide clients through their Medicare options and help them enroll in the plan that best meets their needs
- Educate clients on additional health products, including Med Supps, Life, Ancillary and more.
- Conduct needs-based consultations and verify eligibility to match them with top-tier plans.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with HIPPA and CMS guidelines.
- Stay current with Medicare updates and carrier changes to provide the most competitive options
- Deliver a professional, fast-paced, and consultative customer experience on every call

What We’re Looking For
- Active Health Insurance Licenses
- Previous experience in Medicare sales, telesales, or health insurance (preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Sales-driven with a passion for helping others
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of HIPPA regulations and ethical sales practices
