REAL New York is a full-service residential real estate brokerage serving clients across Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn. We collaborate with landlords and developers on a diverse range of properties, from walk-up buildings and conversion projects to luxury new developments. Our mission is to raise the bar in landlord representation and new development strategy.
We are seeking a New Development Manager to lead projects from early planning through full lease-up. This is a highly client-facing role that requires regular collaboration with developers, landlords, ownership teams, and internal departments to successfully move projects from planning through launch and full lease-up. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can build trusted relationships, manage multiple stakeholders, and keep complex projects moving forward.
