## Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen environment. ## Responsibilities - Clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment - Ensure all kitchen areas are kept clean and sanitized - Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed - Support kitchen staff with various duties such as bussing tables - Follow proper sanitation procedures at all times ## Requirements - Experience in a restaurant, catering, or hotel setting is preferred, but we will train an energetic team-oriented person - Knowledge of food preparation and culinary terminology is a plus - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness - Must be reliable and available on evenings and weekends. 98 Mill has a supportive, fun environment with the capacity to learn, grow and advance.
