We design and manufacture complex, bridge & multi-cavity high volume production thermoplastic and liquid silicone injection mold tooling for discriminating customers. We also design and manufacture micro molds, multi-shot rotational molds, inserts & over-molds. We stress the importance of our staff with a focus on career development, team spirit, and transparency. We are currently seeking a CNC Tooling Specialists that is self-motivated and committed to meeting the challenges of today’s fast paced Advanced Mold Manufacturing.
Beneficial skill set:
- 2-year degree from technical school in CNC Programming and Machining.
- SolidWorks, Cimatron, or ProE or other CAD//CAM software experience a plus.
- 5+ years experience in a mold manufacturing setting.
- Ability to recognize and apply new machining techniques and processes.
- Strong math and reasoning skills.
- Experience with common forms of inspection equipment and appreciation of close tolerance manufacturing.
- Yasda (Fanuc control) experience a plus.
- Tight tolerance Hardmilling experience a plus.
