PondMedics Family of Brands, is a 24-year-old family business whose purpose is to give life to surface and storm water and the people it supports. We welcome you! The PondMedics Family of Brands includes Simple Pond Care, PondCure, dredgeSMART, Fountain Freedom, AquaInject, and includes our function as a registered civil engineering company. We operate our business as a ministry, meaning our impact is not only inside PondMedics, but to our entire sphere of influence outside the company’s walls as well. We give and serve inside and outside the business. We are stewards to what we’ve been entrusted. We perform with excellence and care for people through our PondMedics CARES program. Each of our team members are personally active and contribute to the unique giving opportunities we participate in.
For the last 5 years, we have operated on the EOS/Traction philosophy, framework and tools. EOS cadence is set, the team is in place. We all work together, striving to be the engine that empowers the entire lake management industry for the next generation of environmental stewards. Our team is the rising tide – lifting teammates, customers and the industry as a whole. We are stewards that impact and sustain our mission.
We deliver client success through chemical, physical, biological and cultural aspects of surface and storm water -- our sweet spot. Each of the brands within the PondMedics Family of Brands is designed to ensure excellent client care. If you want to belong to a team that achieves daily success, this company is a great fit for you.
We serve anyone who owns or manages surface and storm water, such as Homeowners Associations, private land owners, municipalities, real estate developers, civil and environmental engineers, local/state/federal agencies and other peer-companies in our industry. If you have experience working with these types of clients– or want that experience – this role is a great fit.
This role is essentially a promise-keeper role. The team makes promises to deliver excellence in the marketplace, and you ensure the follow through on both the top and bottom lines of the P&L.
This critical leadership role within PondMedics Family of Brands is for a person who is hungry for the opportunity to lead the company at a very high level – paving the path to accomplish the vision set before us.A person with two to four years of experience in a senior operations position or second-in-command role for a$10M+ sized-company is a must-have for this position. Since this person will report directly to the CVO’s whoare the founders, it is equally as critical for like-mindedness and being equally yoked with the owners’ Kingdom Perspective for the company (BaaM – Business as a Ministry).
You will love it here and be a great fit into our unique culture if you exemplify these CORE VALUES that we commit to:
Helpful: If you know the best way to do something, you’ll do excellent work. If you share that knowledge with others, you’ll become a leader out of a heart of giving.
Hungry: We want you to find your comfort zone. And then seek to challenge the heck out of it, over and over.
Complacency kills. Creativity is found in hunger.
Happy: Happy, motivated, and positive people are life-giving. A positive attitude is good for you, for the team, and for our customers. We look for this.
Humble: While there’s always a time and place to celebrate individual accomplishments, no single person is greater than the team.
Honest: Honesty is your willingness to communicate what you’re thinking or feeling, even when it’s uncomfortable or unpopular. Trust – the glue of relationships – is solidified with honesty.
Healthy: Healthy isn’t just about green smoothies and gym sessions. Healthy identities, relationships and responses to God, others and ourselves is a cornerstone to success and thriving. We depend on this.
