Snelling has a 1st & 3rd shift position available as an Assistant Maintenance Technician for a local manufacturer. The right candidate should have both mechanical and electrical knowledge. They should be able to problem-solve, trouble shoot, and communicate effectively. Ability to operate within OSHA guidelines will also be required.
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate:
$17 on 1st shift
$18 on 3rd shift (with increase at Hire-in)
$17
while training on 1st shift (2 week training period)
1st Shift: 1st- 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday
3rd Shift-10:30 pm to 7 am, Sunday through Thursday (Train on 1st for 2 weeks)
Possible OT (10 hour shifts) may be required!

Assistant Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities
- Setup and Adjusting of pneumatic presses for production runs.
- Fill and maintain potting tanks daily.
- Diagnose potting machine problems and troubleshoot/ repair as required.
- Setup and maintenance of sonic welders and assemblies.
- Program sonic welders for new parts and dial in settings during production when issues occur.
- Remove 3D prints from printer and prep them for final curing. Cleaning of print trays.
- Able to insert and accurately level print trays or change out resin vats on 3D printer.
- Assemble and set up production workstations.
- Maintain equipment in Injection Molding.
- Facility upkeep as needed.
