Build your career in the beauty industry with Adolf Biecker Salon! We are looking for a friendly, dependable Shampoo Assistant to support our talented salon team and help create an exceptional experience for every guest.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on salon experience, learn from experienced professionals, and grow your skills in a luxury salon environment. Previous salon experience is helpful, but not required - we’re willing to train the right person.
Schedule
Approximately 36–40 hours per week. Part time will be considered.
Preferred availability: Tuesday through Saturday, between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM. Day shifts into early evenings are required but schedule is negotiable.

What You’ll Do
- Shampoo and prepare guests for salon services
- Provide relaxing scalp treatments
- Offer beverages and help guests feel welcomed and comfortable
- Support stylists and colorists throughout the day
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting salon environment
- Assist with laundry, stocking, and other salon support duties
- Recommend Aveda products when appropriate to enhance the guest experience
What We’re Looking For

- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team
- Salon experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
This position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the salon for extended periods while assisting guests and the salon team.
