Overview
We are seeking a Fire Support Subject Matter Expert (IBCT Precision Fires) to join our team. You will provide expert operational, acquisition, and developmental support for IBCT Fire Support Teams, sensors, targeting systems, and Fire Support Vehicles/Kits. This role directly supports the Offensive-Fires Transformation and Lessons Learned Manager (OF‑TLLM) by shaping current and future IBCT precision fires capabilities. This position requires you to be on-site in Fort Sill, OK.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Operational & Developmental Support: Provide SME input for current and future IBCT Fire Support Vehicles, sensors, and targeting systems. Support development of DOTMLPF solutions and integration of future capabilities.
- Requirements & Documentation: Capture user needs, capability gaps, and lessons learned to support ICPD, CDD, CPD, and other JCIDS documents. Update OMS/MP and other requirements documents.
- Testing & Evaluation: Participate in IPTs, design reviews, and test events; provide SME assessments and recommendations.
- Doctrine & TTP Development: Develop and update IBCT Fire Support TTPs and ensure inclusion in Field Artillery doctrine.
- Reporting: Produce monthly system status reports, weekly significant activity reports, and annual historical summaries.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of twelve (12) years of operational Field Artillery Fire Support experience (Active, Guard, or Reserve).
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with current Fire Support equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to brief senior leaders, lead discussions, and write doctrinally aligned products.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
