Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the execution of large commercial flooring projects around the Harrisburg, PA and surrounding areas.
Job Duties:
- Completing all pre-project information, including reading specifications, requesting submittal packages from submittal coordinator, and reviewing returned submittals
- Reading job schedules and coordinating with buyers for timely receipt of materials
- Scheduling installations with customers in coordination with CB Field Supervisors and Installation Managers.
- Working closely with estimators to understand takeoffs and request installation paperwork, as needed.
- Preparing work-orders for warehouse/installation department
- Working with CB Field Supervisors and Project Managers to resolve any job-site issues
- Being a liaison with the customer and the office to resolve any issues that may arise
- Tracking financial progress of jobs and assisting project management with change orders, as needed.
- Managing billing schedule for million-dollar projects, including assisting with AIA progress billing
- Working closely with CB Field Supervisors and Project Managers to ensure proper communication regarding project progress
- Communicating project close-out needs to submittal coordinator and other corporate support staff - including clearing material, O&M manuals, lien waivers, etc.
Qualifications:
- Construction/flooring experience preferred
- Works well in a team environment
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe
- Detail oriented, organized and neat
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skill

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
