Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales by educating customers on the value of routine dog care
- Greet and engage customers with friendly, professional service
- Promote and schedule first-time visits for new customers
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Follow all dog safety protocols to ensure a stress-free experience
- Work as part of a team to meet sales goals and create a positive environment
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Energetic, coachable, and eager to learn
- Passion for dogs and interest in health and wellness
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in sales, retail, restaurants, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
