Peraton is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to support our Federal Strategic Cyber program. In this role, you will lead and execute end-to-end software development, leveraging frameworks like Angular to build responsive user interfaces while architecting robust Java/Python backend services and cloud environments.
Location: Arlington, VA – hybrid telework/remote work environment. Must be able to come on-site as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, test, document, and maintain both front-end (utilizing Angular and other modern frameworks) and back-end software applications.
- Application Leadership: Lead the creation and implementation of custom web applications tailored to evolving client requirements.
- Architecture & Database Design: Analyze and design databases, and assist in architecting scalable cloud-based environments, working independently or collaboratively.
- AI & Feature Integration: Evaluate and support the integration of AI models and advanced capabilities into current tools and platforms.
- Systems Integration: Address complex challenges related to systems integration, platform compatibility, and multi-environment deployment.
- Agile Adaptation: Adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced development environment, supporting additional application areas as team priorities shift.
- Maintenance & Optimization: Troubleshoot software issues, implement improvements based on user feedback, and contribute to the development of user manuals and technical documentation.
Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
