Responsibilities and Qualifications:
The responsibility of our Front Counter and Drive-Thru team member is to provide the highest level of hospitality by continually going above and beyond to ensure guests have a remarkable experience.
Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak in a friendly tone, make emotional connections

Provide Second Mile Service, ensuring it's personal, proactive and generous

Provide genuine hospitality and a welcoming and safe environment

Strive to build great relationships with guests

Take orders on registers inside and in drive-thru, providing correct change to customers

Quickly bag and deliver food with order accuracy

Maintain cleanliness in all aspects of the restaurant: dining room, play area, rest room, foyer, kitchen, parking lot, etc.

Keep all stations stocked and clean; ensure trays are clean and available; remove trash from dining room; clean restrooms

Other assigned duties, as all positions require teamwork and a willingness to serve others

Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
