Key Responsibilities:

Drive business growth by overseeing all performance metrics and day-to-day operations.

Lead and develop a high-performing team with strong accountability, development, and engagement.

Ensure operational excellence using data-driven decision-making and process improvements.

Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L ownership.

Support workforce expansion and professional development within the Sioux Falls community.

Serve as a hands-on, daily on-site leader.
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of leadership experience in trades, construction, home service, or comparable operational industries.

A builder’s, entrepreneurial mindset with passion for scaling people, processes and performance.

Experience with P&L ownership and metrics-driven operational playbooks.

Bachelor’s degree required. MBA is a plus!

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a history of motivating teams.

Critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and results-oriented creativity.

Total earnings between $130,000-$200,000 (base salary + performance-driven bonus structure)
