As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a home setting—helping them live with independence, dignity, and routine.

Assist with daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

Administer medications (as trained)

Prepare meals and support with household routines

Transport residents to activities and appointments

Monitor and report any changes in behavior or health

Help create a safe, structured, and positive home environment

Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License (REQUIRED)

Reliable, consistent attendance

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A caring, patient, and dependable approach

Experience in caregiving, DSP, healthcare, or residential settings

Familiarity with medication administration or behavior support
