Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler / Warehouse Technician to join our production team. This hands-on role involves assembling LiteGait gait therapy devices and accessories, preparing shipments, building pallets, and supporting general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, organized, and able to work efficiently in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble gait therapy devices and related components following established procedures and quality standards.
- Light mechanical or electrical/ solder assembly.
- Package finished products and prepare orders for shipment.
- Fabricate, assemble and organize pallets for outgoing freight shipments.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and moving materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Work with the production team to complete daily assembly and shipping goals.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
