About the Role
Lead and perform exterior cleaning and home service jobs while supporting sales efforts. You'll combine hands-on work with customer interaction, ensuring every job meets our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead job sites and ensure quality work
- Perform pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and exterior services
- Communicate with customers and provide excellent service
- Assist with upselling and incoming lead follow-ups
- Distribute marketing materials in target neighborhoods
- Maintain equipment and job site cleanliness
- Work with team members to complete jobs efficiently
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Experience in home services or labor preferred
