Job Title: Registered Nurse
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care across various healthcare settings. What you’ll do
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and best practices.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition with appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health management, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Perform various clinical procedures including IV insertion, suturing, and catheterization.
- Engage in case management activities to ensure continuity of care.
Basic qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in your state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Background in critical care, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine.
- Familiarity with ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding for accurate medical documentation.
- Proficiency in administering botulinum toxin treatments or dermal fillers is a plus.
- Experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, and individuals with developmental disabilities.
