Billing Clerk/Data Analyst
Lewis County REC is seeking a Billing Clerk/Data Analyst to join our team. We are a member-owned, not for profit distribution cooperative that supplies electric service to our members in northeast Missouri. Lewis County REC serves over 7,300 meters in Lewis, Clark, Knox counties as well as portions of Macon, Marion, Scotland and Shelby counties.
Position Summary
The Billing Clerk/Data Analyst will be responsible for our monthly billing processes of members accounts, provide a high level of member service, and be able to use analytics/business intelligence tools to collect, organize, interpret and analyze cooperative data.
Key Responsibilities
· Monthly billing processes
· Develop and provide data analysis
· Meter data management
Qualifications
· Minimum of an Associate’s degree, preferably a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
· Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
