Location: Alamosa, CO
Position: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Days
Pay: Up to $52.97/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a collaborative healthcare team in a rural Colorado community. This role provides the opportunity to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services and help patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide physical therapy for neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, pulmonary, cardiovascular, and integumentary conditions.
- Implement therapeutic procedures to restore, maintain, and improve function.
- Monitor patient progress and recommend treatment modifications as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Current Colorado Physical Therapy license.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Ability and willingness to relocate to a rural area.
