About the Role
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Office Operations & Payroll Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of our growing company.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with numbers, and experienced with payroll, billing, and administrative systems. The right candidate will be able to work independently, maintain accurate records, and help ensure that payroll, invoices, payments, and general office operations are handled efficiently and on time.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage employee payroll using ADP
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information
- Assist with accounts payable and general billing responsibilities
- Track incoming invoices, outstanding balances, and scheduled payments
- Maintain organized financial and administrative records
- Coordinate with management and accounting as needed
- Assist with vendor invoices and payment tracking
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative needs
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets, reports, and internal records
- Help identify and resolve discrepancies related to payroll, billing, and payments
- Assist with salon management and operational systems, including Meevo
- Ensure deadlines and recurring administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
Qualifications
- Previous experience with payroll, billing, bookkeeping support, or office administration
- Experience using ADP for payroll is strongly preferred
- Experience with Meevo is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with numbers, invoices, spreadsheets, and financial records
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in English required
Preferred Experience
- QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Accounts payable and invoice management
- Experience working in a salon, beauty, education, or small-business environment

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
