Job Summary

Duties
- Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages promptly to keep the bar fully stocked during service
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and work surfaces in accordance with health and safety standards
- Support food preparation tasks by assisting with light food service
- Buss tables and clear empty dishes or glasses from dining efficiently to ensure a tidy environment
- Help set up and break down the restaurant, ensuring all areas are prepared for service and cleaned afterward
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred; experience in nightclubs, banquets, catering, or hotel settings is a plus
- Strong cleaning skills to maintain sanitation standards in bar and dining areas
- Ability to handle food safely and responsibly following proper food handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Experience with bussing tables, serving drinks, or supporting catering events is advantageous
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
