Spherion is hiring Manufacturing Associates for Metalcraft in Horicon, one of Wisconsin's leading manufacturing companies. 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts available + $2/hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts

What You'll Do:

Assemble products and components according to manufacturing specifications

Use hand tools, manufacturing equipment, and machinery safely and effectively

Inspect completed work to ensure production quality standards are met

Read and follow manufacturing work instructions and production requirements

Work with teammates to meet daily production goals

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing work environment
