Job Description:
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a professional responsible for assessing, developing, and overseeing behavior intervention plans for individuals with behavioral or developmental challenges.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Implement and monitor behavioral interventions, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support patients, particularly children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust strategies as necessary, while providing ongoing patient care and support.
Foundational Qualifications
- BCBA acquired through the certification process of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, required
- Master’s degree or higher in a related field, required
- State licensure as a BCBA and/or ability to become state licensed within 30 days of date of hire, required
- Prior experience working with families and their children who have significant developmental or adaptive behavior delays, required
- Ability to pass FBI fingerprinting and criminal background check
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Proficient in applied behavior analysis and patient assessment
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
- Experience in behavioral therapy, particularly with children and individuals with autism
- Ability to collect and analyze data effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
