Floor nurses at The Traymore at Park Cities manage daily clinical care and medication administration for short-term rehab residents and long-term residents. You will perform clinical assessments and execute physician orders while working closely alongside certified nursing assistants. Your focus will remain on accurate documentation and direct bedside care throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and perform prescribed clinical treatments according to physician orders.
- Conduct routine resident assessments and update clinical care documentation.
- Direct certified nursing assistants during shift duties to maintain care plans.
- Process physician phone orders and document order updates.
- Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and shift handoffs.
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay Rate: Starting at $30 for LVN and $35/hr for RN, increases with experience
- Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts (6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am)

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Texas LVN or RN License
- Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred
- Must pass a standard criminal background check
- Must pass a drug screening
- Reliable transportation for consistent attendance
