This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, and fostering a supportive environment.
Requirements

Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home health, hospice care, or long-term care is preferred.

Knowledge of first aid and CPR is essential; certification is a plus.

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, Alzheimer's disease, or dementia is highly valued.

Ability to perform patient observation and monitor changes in health status effectively.

Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as needed for client support.

Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow instructions accurately is required.
