We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you’ll help customers find what they’re looking for, keep the store organized, and create a welcoming shopping experience.
If you enjoy talking with people, staying busy, and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity. You’ll help customers with questions, run the register, and make sure the store looks clean and stocked.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and help them find products
- Provide friendly customer service and answer questions
- Operate the cash register and handle payments (cash and card)
- Help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well stocked
- Restock shelves and help maintain product displays
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with basic questions
- Support the team with daily store tasks and customer needs
- Occasionally demonstrate products and recommend items to customers
Preferred Experience
- Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Experience using a cash register or POS system is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Ability to work well with a team and stay organized
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Pay: $13.50 - $20.00 per hour
