We are seeking a candidate to become Driving Instructor to Driving School Coreway LLC
Requirements:
- be at least 21 years of age
- have a driver license valid for operation in New York State (2 years)
- has not been suspended or revoked in the last 2 years, and shows an acceptable driving record
- have a high school or high school equivalency diploma
- never have been convicted of a felony or of any crime involving violence, dishonesty, deceit, indecency, degeneracy or moral turpitude
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality driving instruction to students of all ages.
- Payment every 2 weeks.
- Part-time and full-time positions available.
- Flexible work schedule (you choose the days and times to conduct lessons with students).
- Intermediate level of English or higher is required (for passing the written instructor test at the DMV).
We have a high volume of students in Brooklyn and need reliable instructors right away!

Pay rates (using your own vehicle):
60 minutes - $33
45 minutes - $25
Road Test - $45
90 minutes - $50
Already an instructor? We are actively recruiting current, experienced driving instructors. If you have a valid instructor license and want consistent work in Brooklyn, we would love to hear from you.
New to instructing? No problem, you can still join us. You will need to pass both the written (theory) exam and the road (practical) exam at the DMV to become a licensed driving instructor. We will guide you through the process.
Duties:
- Conduct driving lessons for students, focusing on both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
- Create engaging and informative driving lessons to educate students on traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their driving abilities.
