Overview
Scrubbingly LLC is seeking a reliable independent contractor cleaner to service a commercial office building on a consistent schedule. This is a long-term contract opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality work and reliability.
This position is ideal for a cleaner looking for evening or weekend work, with a predictable schedule and straightforward scope.
Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for routine commercial cleaning, including:
- Cleaning office areas and common spaces
- Restroom cleaning and restocking (toilet paper, paper towels, soap)
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Emptying trash
- Cleaning break room areas
- Light cleaning in a mechanic/shop area
All work should be completed to professional commercial-cleaning standards.
Schedule & Pay
- Two cleaning visits per week
- Approximately 3 hours per visit
- Weekdays after 6:00 PM or anytime on weekends
- Schedule is flexible but set in advance
- Pay: $100 per cleaning visit (bring your cleaning supplies)
- Paid twice per month on the 15th and 30th
Contractor Requirements
- Prior commercial or office cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Reliable transportation
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Willing to submit to a background check
- Must provide own basic cleaning tools (supplies may be provided or discussed)
Independent Contractor Status
This position is a 1099 independent contractor role. Contractor is responsible for their own taxes and insurance as applicable.
