Seeking a highly motivated candidate to manage a sales route in Cedar Rapids
Position Description
as a Little Debbie Distributor, you’ll take management of an established sales route in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. You’ll be responsible for ordering product from our suppliers each week, delivering to the retail businesses on your route, and stocking shelves appropriately.
You’ll be provided with everything you need to hit the ground running: A company box truck, a handheld device and warehouse to store the product, and a paid training period.
this is full-time, commission based employment. No work place politics here, you’ll be paid transparently based on what you bring to the table. A good employee will earn $800-900/week, but a great employee can earn $950-$1200/week. Hours are semi flexible, early morning to early afternoon. You’ll report to the owner, but mostly you’ll have autonomy over your route. Vacation time offered after probation period.
Position Requirements
MUST be able to present a valid driver’s license at anytime and be willing and able to drive a box truck.
Must be willing to start early in the morning.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds throughout the day.
Merchandising or Grocery experience strongly preferred.
