This is a hands-on, fast-paced position for someone who works well under pressure, doesn’t mind getting dirty, and takes pride in helping people during difficult situations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Water Mitigation Technician, you will respond to homes and businesses affected by water damage and help stabilize and restore the property.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to emergency water damage calls
- Extracting water and setting drying equipment
- Monitoring drying progress and documenting job conditions
- Performing demolition and cleanup of damaged materials
- Communicating professionally with customers about the work being performed
- Taking detailed photos, moisture readings, and job notes
- Driving company vehicles safely to and from job sites
- Working closely with project managers and teammates to complete projects efficiently
- Maintaining equipment and keeping work vehicles clean and organized
What This Job Is Really Like
This is not a desk job. It is physical, fast-moving, and sometimes unpredictable.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of water restoration or related hands-on labor experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Comfortable working in physically demanding and dirty environments
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in an on-call emergency response environment
- Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to communicate professionally in English
Preferred Qualifications
- IICRC WRT or Mold certifications
- Customer service experience
- Experience using mobile apps/software for documentation
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
