Work Schedule: Will give you 22.50 hours a week.
- Monday: 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- Tuesday: 11:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and check them in and out with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and help keep the doctor's schedule running efficiently
- Help patients stay on track with future appointments
- Communicate with patients through our texting system
- Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist patients with nutritional supplement purchases
- Order vitamins and monitor inventory
- Retrieve and organize email and regular mail
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting office environment
The Ideal Candidate we're looking for is:

- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office
- Confident using Windows-based computers and office software
- A quick learner who enjoys being part of a close-knit team
- Passionate about helping people improve their health and well-being
