(Full-time/Long-term Internship)
Hours Per Week: Approximately 35 hours per week (standard business hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM). Schedules are flexible to accommodate current student class commitments.
Approximate Duration: June 2026 through early/mid-2027. Internships may last up to 11 months from the start date.
Hybrid Work Schedule: Interns are expected to work onsite Monday through Wednesday, with the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
Basic Function of the Position:
Support role for the international events and CES Las Vegas, assisting on logistics, coordinating, and many other execution-oriented duties as needed.
We are looking for a person with a strong attention to detail and can juggle many action items.
Critical Duties and Responsibilities:

Track meeting minutes/follow ups with internal and external partners

Assist with communication efforts, such as drafting emails, identifying leads, and scheduling meetings

Assist with maintaining the project timeline and execution while coordinating with multiple departments.

Assist with updating website content, tracking socials and internet mentions

Assist with CES Las Vegas international programs such as the Delegation Program, onsite business centers, events, and side programs

Track VIP contacts, attendance updates, and leads in spreadsheets/salesforce

Assist with CES programs inquiries and follow-ups

Assist with post event analysis and data for both international CES events and CES Las Vegas, including Sales Force updates

Complete department administrative duties and other tasks assigned.

Assist staff on-site at CES in Las Vegas

Occasionally participate in calls outside of traditional business hours with overseas partners

Work Experience:
-
Some project management with strict deadlines experience.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Event planning experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of Salesforce preferred.

Interest in global events preferred.
Education and Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

An undergraduate degree in: Business, Marketing, or related area preferred (or close to completion of that degree).

Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, detail oriented, and flexibility to prioritize in a changing environment and still meet deadlines.

Dynamic self-starter who takes initiative, highly reliable.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and follow-up skills.

Polished and professional when dealing with multi-cultural delegates and partners.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Additional Information:
