Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using retail math skills, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations
- Support banking functions such as cash management, deposit processing, and loan processing when applicable
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor to ensure a welcoming shopping environment
- Use financial software to record sales, update customer accounts, and manage cash registers efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and offering product or service recommendations
Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are key
- Familiarity with banking or financial services enhances your ability to assist clients effectively
- Basic math skills including retail math, 10 key typing, and cash handling are essential for accurate transaction processing
