Smile Starters is a general dental practice serving children and young adults ages 1–20. We are committed to teaching lifelong dental health while maintaining a clean, safe, and positive environment for both patients and staff. This entry-level position is ideal for a DA I or someone new to dental offices looking to gain experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Job Duties / Responsibilities

Clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments

Set up trays for hygiene and operative treatments

Run weekly spore tests to ensure sterilization compliance

Perform monthly inspections of fire extinguishers and lights
-
Manage laundry including lab coats and patient towels multiple times daily

Monitor and stock patient restrooms
-
Assist dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists as needed

Support the team with other duties as assigned
