Answer multiple phone lines, we receive calls from various companies, doctors, agencies, etc. take and route messages according to each accounts individual instructions. Must be able to prioritize emergency calls, making sure to follow through accordingly. We also answer phones and dispatch for several tow companies, so dispatching experience is a big plus. Communication skills, ability to get along and work as a team with different personalities, speak, read and write english, bilingual a plus. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person. Must be willing to work evenings, nights and weekends. We are a 24/7 - 365 operations
