Summer is here, schedules are filling fast, and Natural Fit Therapy is growing again.
We’re actively hiring a Physical Therapist in North Austin to join our rapidly expanding mobile outpatient team. If you’re tired of corporate productivity pressure, double-booked schedules, and feeling rushed with every patient — this could be the change you’ve been looking for.
At Natural Fit Therapy, we believe physical therapy should still feel personal, rewarding, and impactful.
Our therapists enjoy:
- True one-on-one patient care
- Flexible scheduling and autonomy
- Supportive therapist-led leadership
- A lower-stress environment
- Meaningful relationships with patients
- Competitive pay without unrealistic productivity standards
This is not traditional home health.
This is outpatient-style therapy delivered directly to active older adults in their homes and senior living communities.
Why Therapists Love Natural Fit Therapy
Natural Fit Therapy is a 100% therapist-owned company focused on helping adults 50+ stay active, mobile, independent, and confident.

- Manual therapy and functional care focused
- No overlapping patients
- Therapist-driven clinical decision making
- Flexible scheduling options
- Collaborative and supportive culture
- Strong work-life balance
- Opportunities for growth as the company expands
We’ve built a positive, clinician-first culture while continuing to grow throughout the Austin area.
