Fiber Force Marketing and Sales is hiring driven, coachable door-to-door
sales representatives. No experience required — we provide full training.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll represent top fiber internet providers door-to-door in the
Colorado Springs area, helping homeowners switch to faster, more
reliable internet service.
COMPENSATION
This is a 1099 independent contractor position, commission-only. Pay is
performance-based and varies by individual results — many of our
representatives earn in the range of $1,500–$2,500 per week once
ramped up. As a 1099 role, this position does not include employee
benefits such as health insurance, retirement, or paid time off.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with the public
- Coachable and driven — no prior sales experience required
