As a Dining Room Server, you will help create an exceptional restaurant-style dining experience while ensuring every resident receives outstanding hospitality, excellent customer service, and compassionate care.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve meals in a restaurant-style dining setting with professionalism and hospitality
- Welcome residents, families, visitors, and guests with warmth, kindness, and respect
- Provide attentive table service while building meaningful relationships with residents
- Set up, maintain, and clean dining rooms, server stations, and beverage areas
- Assist with food preparation, beverage service, and meal setup as needed
- Follow food safety, sanitation, infection control, and dining service standards
- Work closely with the Culinary Services Team and Care Team to provide an exceptional dining experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
- Support residents during meals while promoting dignity, independence, and choice
- Help create meaningful moments through outstanding hospitality and service

We believe excellence is not something we do occasionally. It is something we practice every day.
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant service, hospitality, dietary services, customer service, assisted living, memory care, healthcare, or senior living is preferred but not required
- Food Handler's Permit (or willingness to obtain one)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A genuine desire to serve older adults with compassion and respect
