We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and results-driven Call Center Team Lead to motivate our team, maintain a positive work environment, and help drive performance every day.

- Lead, coach, and support a team in a fast-paced call center environment
- Drive team performance and maintain a positive culture
- Ensure high customer service standards are consistently met
- Assist with problem-solving and improving daily operations
- Motivate team members to achieve goals and exceed expectations
REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST HAVE PREVIOUS CALL CENTER TEAM LEAD EXPERIENCE
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF SALES EXPERIENCE
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
- Ability to motivate, guide, and hold a team accountable
- Positive attitude with a strong drive to succeed
