Pay: $30-$45/hour DOE

Duration: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Mon- Fri 8:00-5:00 (Fridays are WFH)
About the Role
We're partnering with a growing organization to identify a Full-Cycle Recruiter who will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across technical, corporate, and strategic functions.
This position is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys full-cycle recruiting, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and developing creative sourcing strategies to fill critical roles.
What You'll Do

Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies

Screen and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit

Coordinate interviews and drive a seamless hiring process

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, job boards, and other recruiting channels

Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up

Maintain recruiting data, ATS records, and compliance documentation

Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

4+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience

Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple job functions

Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
