We are hiring for multiple locations:
Centennial: 6726 South Revere Parkway, Suite 180, Centennial, CO
Littleton: 5231 S. Santa Fe Dr. Suite 207, Littleton, CO
Boulder: 2027 Broadway St., Suite D, Boulder, CO
Responsibilities
Perform customized facials tailored to each client’s skin type, concerns, and goals, ensuring safe and effective results
Administer chemical peels and advanced skincare treatments in accordance with licensing and safety guidelines
Perform non-invasive body contouring treatments designed to support skin tightening, sculpting, and overall body wellness
Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatment plans
Maintain strict sanitation, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with industry standards
Educate clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and product recommendations to maximize results
Support retail sales by confidently recommending skincare and treatment-enhancing products during appointments
Skills
Licensed esthetician (required) with training or experience in facials, chemical peels, and/or advanced skincare
Strong understanding of skin anatomy, product ingredients, and treatment protocols
Knowledge of sanitation standards and safe practice for chemical and aesthetic procedures
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and guide clients through treatment plans
Experience or interest in body contouring treatments is a plus
Confident, client-focused approach with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
Ability to recommend and upsell skincare products while keeping the client’s needs first

Pay: $17.00 - $40.00 per hour
