We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will provide administrative support to multiple departments (i.e., Tooling, Process Development, Aftermarket and Finance). This role will work closely with of each of the departments and assist with day-to-day administrative functions; purchase orders, pic tickets, customer calls, etc. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and comfortable communicating with vendors and internal team members. Strong emphasis on administrative tasks.
Qualifications
· Previous administrative, purchasing, or procurement support experience preferred
· Strong organizational, interpersonal, active listening, and multitasking skills
· Excellent communication and follow up skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
· Experience with ERP systems is a considered as asset
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Work Environment / Physical Demands
Work is performed in both a plant and office setting with standard equipment and conditions. Employees may occasionally be exposed to the plant environment, including noise, machinery, and temperature variations. This role may require light physical activity such as walking, standing, or lifting up to 20 lbs. following all applicable safety procedures and PPE requirements when in plant areas.
