Other characteristics looked for in a HealthGuys agent include critical thinking, a personable attitude, and customer service.
An insurance agent will have the responsibility of contacting the leads and identifying sale opportunities during a consultation with potential clients. Agents will also have to communicate policies accurately, identify risk management strategies, and encourage previous clients towards policy renewal.
We will teach you the skills necessary to be successful in this industry. Having a Life and Health Insurance License in Texas is a must.
Pay: $41,600.00 - $480,000.00 per year
