HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Access Support is an administrative job responsible for serving as a primary resource for the operations team across the five outpatient sites: including Monticello, Buffalo, Elk River, St. Cloud and Waite Park. The Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Serve as a primary resource for the operations team across the five outpatient offices: including Monticello, Buffalo, Elk River, St. Cloud and Waite Park when offices are short staffed. Travel to other sites as needed

Answer Intake Line calls promptly, achieving specific goals related to office call volume.

Prepare and open charts for new clients

Schedule new client appointments and assign appropriate clinical

Assist with electronic health record (EHR) emails as necessary.

Assist with clean up reports from both Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) reporting and Compliance.

Assist Director of Access with necessary tasks
WHAT YOU’LL NEED

High School Diploma or GED required
-
Clear DHS background study
-
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record

18 years of age or older
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART

Administrative and Customer Service experience
-
2 years of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
