Dispatch Support Representative
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $20-$24 per hour

We're looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Dispatch Support Representative to help keep our delivery operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for courier drivers throughout the day, providing routing assistance, answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring deliveries stay on schedule.

What You'll Do

Support courier drivers throughout the day via phone, email, and walkie-talkie app.

Coordinate pickup and delivery routes to ensure on-time service.

Communicate special delivery instructions and resolve driver questions quickly.

Deliver exceptional customer service to drivers, customers, and internal teams.

Assist with dispatching deliveries to independent contractor drivers.

Verify completed deliveries and troubleshoot service issues.

Report driver and customer concerns to the Operations Manager.

Complete daily operational checklists and administrative tasks.

Enter data, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.

Assist with warehouse duties, including pulling and processing parts as needed.

Help identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

Occasionally make deliveries when operational needs require.

Follow all company safety policies and attendance expectations.

Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED required
-
At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced or logistics environment

Courier, transportation, dispatch, or logistics experience is a plus
-
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize changing workloads

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint

Comfortable learning new software and technology

Willingness to work occasional overtime when business needs require

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds and climb ladders
