Job Title: LVN/LPN

Discover a nursing environment where support, collaboration, and growth come first.

Requirements:

LPN/LVN license required.

Responsibilities:

Delivers nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON.
Administers medications and treatments per physician's orders.
Observes and reports changes in resident condition and maintains accurate clinical documentation.

Shift: 2pm-10pm
Compensation: $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
Additional Details : 2pm-10pm: $1.00/hr. 10pm-6am: $2.00/hr.
