What You'll Do

Greet customers and create a welcoming service experience

Write and manage repair orders for express maintenance services

Clearly explain recommended maintenance and services to customers

Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service

Provide customers with updates throughout the service process

Review completed work and explain services performed
-
Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business

Help ensure the Express Service area operates efficiently and professionally
What You'll Bring

Automotive service or dealership experience preferred

Previous Service Advisor experience is a plus

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organization and attention to detail
