Position Summary:
Responsible for creating and updating records and databases with efficiency metrics, reports, and other data, including tracking charts and project information as needed. Also responsible for delivering timely reports and preparing assigned presentations and proposals, frequently using filing and computer systems to maintain organization and accuracy.
Position Responsibilities:
Daily Responsibilities

Efficiently take notes during the daily morning supervisors' meeting.

Email a summary of the meeting to all attendees before lunch.

Record daily efficiency metrics based on data provided by coaches.

On Mondays, update weekly progress in the "Team Eff-Charting" file and refresh charts on each worksheet.
Target Accounts List
-
Create a new report each morning before the 7:45 a.m. meeting.

Monitor items that have not moved for more than one day.
-
Update the list after lunch and follow up on any issues identified or items that have not moved throughout the day.

Visit teams to verify outstanding items and check with the frame shop to locate items that have not yet reached the team.
TOT Reporting

Send a complete report every Monday to the CEO, VP of Operations, COO, and Plant Manager.

Update the TOT spreadsheet daily for each coach.
-
Approximately 90 charts must be updated weekly.
FPY Inspection Tracking

Inspectors will submit data daily via email.
-
Track, graph, and record all inspection data.
Additional Duties

Complete charts, spreadsheets, and special projects assigned by the Plant Manager, VP of Operations, COO, or CEO.

Update the Topstitch thread color list in the AS400 system as reported by the Decorative Sewing department.

Perform data entry as needed.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Lifting/Moving: Requires pushing and pulling frames. Includes bending, twisting, and working at a fast pace.

Standing: Must be able to stand as required throughout the workday, with some seated work.

Work Environment: Indoor office and manufacturing plant environment. Temperatures may vary depending on the area and time of day.

Equipment Used: Computer, utility knife (box cutter), and screwdriver.

Safety Requirements: Mandatory use of safety glasses and proper handling of tools and equipment.
